      <image:caption>Skylar Archer is a freshman in high school and has been training with various dance companies since 2014. When Skylar isn’t dancing you can find her baking, reading, or hiking. She has performed in many ballets and variations, playing roles such as Clara, the Snow Queen, and Dew Drop in the nutcracker, and Cinderella in Cinderella.       <image:caption>Emmelia Ariniello took her first ballet lessons when she was two. She began training with Ms. Marie-Jose in 2022 at the age of ten and first performed with Danse Etoile in the Wizard of Oz in 2023. Her favorite roles on stage have been playing the fox in Le Petite Prince (2025), the Girl in the Pink Dress in Frida's Wings (2024), and the young Little Mermaid in The Little Mermaid (2024). She is so excited to get to perform again this year with Danse Etoile!  Beyond the studio, she enjoys reading fiction novels, corresponding via snail mail, and spending time with her six younger siblings.</image:caption>

Her passion and enthusiasm for dance has only grown under the guidance of Marie Jose-Payannet. Her favorite roles have been the Crab from The Little Mermaid, performance in Frida’s Wings and The Little Prince. Danse Etoile’s summer intensives have challenged Emma Cate and her abilities as she is looking forward to growing under Marie’s instruction.       <image:caption>Michaela Fritz is a junior in highschool and started dancing with Danse Etoile in 2015. She loves performing all kinds of dance, as well as musical theater, and some of her favorite roles include Sneezy in Snow White, Gerda in the Snow Queen, a temple dancer in the Little Mermaid, The Rose in the Little Prince and Esmeralda in the Hunchback of ND. During the summer of 2025, Michaela attended a summer intensive with Colorado Ballet and hopes to pursue a career in performing/dance. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going out with friends, watching sunsets, and writing. Michaela is thrilled to be a part of Danse Etoile's company and looks forward to continuing to perform with them.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Isabella Kelleher began her ballet training at the age of 3. She has danced for The Loudoun School of Ballet, in Leesburg, Virginia and Virginia Regional Ballet in Williamsburg, Virginia. Bella loved performing in numerous roles in annual Nutcracker performances. Upon moving to Colorado in 2023, Bella has loved dancing with the company in The Little Mermaid and Frida's Wings. She loved all the roles in The Little Prince and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame last season. She had grown as a dancer through the DE Summer Intensives for the past five summers. Audrey is excited to continue challenging herself and following her passion for dance while making more memories this season. Hana's favorite parts have been playing the part of the 'young little mermaid' in The Little Mermaid and  'the girl in the pink dress' in Frida. Hana is grateful to now be a part of the Company. Ballet is her greatest passion and she loves her community at Danse Etoile. Hana hopes to pursue a professional career in ballet.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kathryn Maciolek has been dancing since age 5. This is her ninth year studying at Danse Etoile Ballet. Her favorite roles have been Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, Sleepy in Snow White, Gerda in Snow Queen, and the Lion in the Wizard of Oz and Frida’s Wongs. She enjoys learning many classical variations in the DE summer intensives and has attended Atlanta Ballet’s summer intensive as well. She’s looking forward to come back to perform in the June production of the Hunchback of ND. Kathryn is studying pre-medicine in college as well as minor in dance at Creighton University where she performed a solo in their Sleeping Beauty Production.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Zoey Pomerantz started dancing at the age of 5. She moved to Colorado in 2021 and Danse Etoile has been a great fit for Zoey. She has improved her skills and cherishes the community she has built there. Zoey also loves working with Mrs. Marie. The balance of ballet and contemporary dance is something that Zoey values at Danse Etoile. One of Zoey’s favorite shows was Frida. She says, “It was a magical experience.” Zoey also loves acting and she finds that dance is such a great way to express herself.  In addition to performing on stage, Zoey loves traveling, spending time with her friends, skiing, and hanging out with her two dogs.</image:caption>

One of the things she loves most about Danse Etoile is the close-knit relationships between the dancers, and the friendly environment that encourages learning. Some of her favorite roles were Little Prince in The Petite Prince, Day of the Dead in Frida’s Wings, and Stained Glass in the Hunchback of Notre Dame. She is grateful for the opportunity to perform this season, and hopes to continue to dance as long as possible!</image:caption>

Her favorite role has been The Crab in The Little Mermaid and all the parts in Frida’s Wings. Charlotte feels so lucky to have such a supportive family to let her pursue her passion. Outside of ballet, Charlotte loves to read, babysit, spend time with her amazing family and friends, and go camping.       <image:caption>Adalynn Taylor discovered her love of dance at age 4, inspired by The Nutcracker, and began formal ballet training at Danse Etoile when she was 8. She made her stage debut in 2022 as the Fox in The Snow Queen and quickly developed a passion for performing. Since then, she has appeared in Matisse’s Gardens, Coppélia, The Wizard of Oz, and The Brontë Sisters, before joining the company in 2024. Some of her most memorable company roles include “Water” in The Little Mermaid, “Day of the Dead” and “Cut Hair” in Frida’s Wings, “Lamplighter” in The Little Prince, and “Stained Glass” in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Adalynn treasures the close bonds she has formed with fellow dancers and is grateful for the encouragement they share. Outside the studio, she enjoys art, music, traveling, hiking with her family, and playing with her dog. She is honored to continue with the company this season and looks forward to growing as a dancer while inspiring younger performers.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Amelia Tinkey has been dancing since she was three years old. She took a 1 year break to try parkour but missed being on the dance floor. Amelia has been dancing at Danse Etoile since 2022. Her first show with Miss Marie was The Wizard of Oz. Amelia’s favorite roles have been a munchkin (Wizard of Oz), fish teacher (The Little Mermaid), young Frida (Frida’s Wings), and the king (The Little Prince).  Amelia loves the discipline and beauty ballet provides. She is looking forward to growing as a dancer and putting on a beautiful performance.  Outside of ballet she loves to read, draw and dance in the kitchen.</image:caption>

She joined Danse Etoile in the fall of 2021 and has enjoyed every moment, from the pain of injuries and soreness to the thrill of opening night for performances. When Zoe isn't dancing, she's drawing, reading, making bracelets, or listening to alternative music. She plays piano, viola, and does voice at Dana V. Music in downtown Louisville.  Her favorite pieces to perform were the Skeletons in Frida's Wings, a Mouse in The Wizard of Oz, and a Baobab tree in Le Petit Prince.</image:caption>

He joined Danse Etoile in December 2022 and performed as Mr. Rochester in the Brontë Sisters, the Prince in The Little Mermaid, and Diego Rivera in Frida's Wings.       <image:caption>Videographer/Guest Artist Christopher was a National figure skater competitor and is now a coach and choreographer. He performed with Danse Etoile for many years. His memorable roles were Quasimodo in the Hunchback of Notre-Dame, the Prince in Snow White and the Little Mermaid and many other fun roles. He is a great asset to the team, bringing his knowledge of videography to the productions. He is married and has two adorable children.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Composer Bruce Klepper studied music composition in the 1970s with a number of renowned composers on the East Coast and received a degree in music composition and theory. During the 1980s and 1990s, Bruce continued to compose music but decided not to made a career of it. In 2014, Bruce retired from business so he could devote himself to his true passion, composing music. Bruce is currently involved in writing music for Danse Etoile Ballet as well as collaborating with other musicians.       <image:caption>Oddrun h been a singer all her life and has participated in several CD productions, both as a chorister and as soloist. In the last years she has been composing and producing music and lyrics, arranged in collaboration with other composers.  Oddrun Eikli and Arne Hiorth formed the duo Loops And Bridges, releasing their first album in 2010 at MTG Music. Oddrun Eikli has also been involved in music for film and theater.</image:caption>
